CEAC is a community-scale AI infrastructure model designed to bring suitable compute, storage, connectivity and resilient digital services closer to where they are used.

A Generation-1 CEAC is designed around approximately 100 households. Organisations can sponsor a complete CEAC, a defined infrastructure system, or specific community programmes — with agreed outcomes tracked from commitment through delivery, evidence and verification.

CEAC explores a complementary architecture: placing suitable workloads closer to communities rather than requiring every workload to be concentrated in large central facilities. The aim is not to replace hyperscale infrastructure. It is to help identify where distributed capacity can complement it.

No quantified grid-capacity saving is published until independently derived.

Infrastructure funding is reported separately and is not automatically monetised as Social Value. There is no universal pounds-to-Social-Value multiplier.
